Emails Not Sending
In this article, we will be going over troubleshooting tips should your emails not be sending or if you are having problems with Mailgun.
What you will need
- Access to your Mailgun Account
Verify you are using the correct API Key
In your agency account, navigate to Settings (1) > MailGun (2).
Verify that your MailGun
Verify your DNS records are connected
Log into your Mailgun account > Navigate to Sending (1) > Domain Settings (2) > DNS records (3)
These settings (4) (5) show that these records are either incorrect and/or not properly setup. If you see verified records, proceed to step 3.
If the above are verified to be correct and properly setup, please create a support ticket so we may further investigate the problem.
